Here at The Bed Shop Sheffield we offer a fantastic delivery service.

Our experienced delivery team have been delivering to Sheffield and surrounding areas for over 20 years.

We can deliver your new mattresses, beds, sofas etc into the room of your choice and also take away any packaging and assemble your new furniture.

Delivery charges (to Sheffield and surrounding areas):

FREE - One man doorstep delivery (applies to mattresses, divans, bed frames only)

£25 - Two man delivery - to the room of your choice (1st floor only - unless there is lift access)*

Saturday delivery - add £10 to your chosen delivery method

Along side our delivery service we give our customers the option of having there old mattress or sofa taken away when taking delivery of your new furniture.

We also offer an assembly service. Our delivery team will unpack and assemble your new bed/bed frame on day of delivery.

The optional services above can be arranged for a fee on the day of order when you speak to one of our staff members.

After our delivery you have peace of mind straight away as all our made to order produtcs come with a minimum 12 month warranty.

*Delivery T&C's

Every effort shall be made to ensure your order is delivered in the time scale estimated on the order acknowledgement, however this is only an estimate and the time shall not be the essence of any order.

Our delivery drivers take extra special care in delivering your item(s) into your home or to the room of your choice. However, our drivers are only insured to carry your item(s) no higher than the first floor with clear and easy access.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods ordered will access the room they are going into. If access is restricted or the goods do not fit easily you will have the option for our drivers to leave goods in the closest available room or take the goods away so you can re-select goods that will fit your access points. If doors or windows are needed to be taken out it is your responsibilty and your cost to do so.

Delivery must be arranged within 5 days of the goods arriving at our distribution warehouse. We retain the right to charge storage at £10 per week for goods that are not delivered within two weeks of receipt into our warehouse.

Where the goods cannot be delivered on the day arranged due to the fault of the buyer, we retain the right to charge a further £30 for re-delivery to cover costs incurred. This charge will be taken from the debit/credit card used to purchase the goods.

Most goods will require some form of assembly. You can pay for goods to be assembled or assemble the goods yourself once we have delivered.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to the agreed address.
